Shipping is firm published pricing — the rate you are quoted is the rate you pay, with no post-order repricing. Parcels ship at published carrier rates; rack-scale orders ship by LTL freight with a firm quote before you commit. Blind shipping is available for resellers and MSPs. Most items can be returned within 30 days for a refund with zero restocking fee and a prepaid label.
Two things break trust in this market: a price that moves after the PO, and a return policy that quietly deducts 25%. We do neither. Everything below is the published policy — not a starting point for negotiation after your order is in.

Method is chosen by size and weight. You see the firm rate before checkout or on your RFQ — never after.

Freight-quoted, palletized
Servers, populated racks and pallet lots ship LTL — strapped, corner-protected and shrink-wrapped on a pallet, with liftgate and inside-delivery options. A firm freight quote is issued before the order is confirmed.
Drop-ship to your customer
For resellers and MSPs we ship blind: no Networking Corner branding or pricing on the packing slip, your return address if you supply one. Sell the box under your own label.
Consolidated freight
Networking, storage, memory and servers on a single PO ship on one freight quote instead of three specialist vendors and three inbound shipments.
Procurement options: purchase orders, NET-30 for approved accounts, and tax-exempt purchasing are supported. See PO & NET-30 terms or request a freight-inclusive quote.
Returns — zero restocking fee
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, for any reason, with no restocking fee and a prepaid return label supplied by us. Where the market charges 15%–25% to restock and makes you pay return freight, we charge neither.
- Window: 30 days from delivery.
- Restocking fee: $0.
- Return freight: prepaid label from us, including LTL pickup for rack-scale returns.
- Condition: complete with included accessories (rails, bezels, caddies, cables) and in resalable condition. Data-bearing units are re-sanitized on return at no charge.
- Refund: to the original payment method or PO account after the return is received and inspected.
Returns cover change-of-mind and fit; functional failure is covered separately and for longer by the owned warranty. Both are handled by us, with freight on us.

Do you offer blind shipping?
Yes. For resellers and MSPs we ship blind — no Networking Corner branding or pricing on the packing slip — so you can drop-ship directly to your end customer.
Can I return an item?
Yes. Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, with zero restocking fee and a prepaid return label. This is separate from, and shorter than, the owned warranty that covers functional failure.
How fast do orders ship?
In-stock parcel orders placed before the daily cutoff typically ship the same or next business day. Rack-scale LTL freight is scheduled with the carrier, usually within one to three business days after the freight quote is accepted.
