SHIPPING PROCESS

Once an order is placed, our team immediately begins processing it. Orders are verified, packaged securely, and shipped to our trusted shipping partners. Once your package is on its way, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

PROCESSING TIME

  • Orders placed before 1 p.m. PST on a business day are typically processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
  • Processing time may extend during peak seasons or due to order volume.

Some items may require additional processing time due to their nature, availability, or special handling requirements. Additional time may be required before shipment if your order includes back-ordered or customized products.

We provide multiple shipping options to accommodate your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 Days) – Delivery within the U.S. (Order by 1 p.m. PST)
  • Speedy 3-Day Shipping – Faster delivery within the U.S. (Order by 1 p.m. PST)
  • 2-Day Shipping – Priority shipping for urgent orders (Order by 1 p.m. PST)
  • Next-Day Shipping – Overnight delivery within the U.S. (Order by 1 p.m. PST)
  • Priority Next-Day Shipping – Guaranteed delivery by 10:30 a.m. (Order by 1 p.m. PST)
  • International Shipping (Also Applicable to Canadian and Puerto Rican Orders) – Available via FedEx International and DHL (Order by 1 p.m. PST)
  • Military Addresses (APO/FPO): Sent via Registered Mail. Timings can vary.
  • Saturday Delivery – Available if ordered before 1 p.m. PST on Friday. Delivery charges are the customer's responsibility.

Networking Corner ships internationally via FedEx International and DHL. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country. International shipping times vary based on location and customs clearance procedures.

APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to APO and FPO addresses, but delivery may take 5-10 business days due to logistical limitations.

SHIPPING DELAYS

While we make every effort to ship orders promptly, delays can occur due to:

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
  • High order volumes during holidays or peak seasons.
  • Weather conditions or natural disasters.
  • Customs processing for international orders.
  • Carrier-related issues outside of our control.

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or major holidays.

FREE SHIPPING

We offer Free Standard Shipping on qualifying orders. Free shipping:

  • Applies only to eligible products.
  • Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, and international locations.
  • Takes 5-7 business days once processed and delivered between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.
  • Uses FedEx, DHL, and USPS for ground shipments.

Why Isn't My Tracking Number Working?

If your tracking number does not show updates, your package may still be in transit, or a part of your order may have been shipped separately. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking details to update. If you still encounter issues, contact our shipping department for assistance at (410) 801 7801.

Rescheduling Your Delivery

If you need to change your delivery time with FedEx or DHL, refer to the InfoNotice left by the carrier. You can use this notice or visit the carrier’s website to reschedule delivery.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

To avoid shipping delays, please ensure that your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Incorrect addresses may result in additional fees or delayed delivery. If you need to update an address after placing an order, contact us immediately. However, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is processed.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

Reporting a Damaged Package

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Inspect the item immediately upon delivery.
  • Take photos of the damage, including packaging.
  • Contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
  • Notify Networking Corner with your order number and claim details.

Reporting a Missing Item

If an item is missing from your order:

  • Check your tracking details to confirm if the item was shipped separately.
  • Review the packing slip to ensure all items were included.
  • Contact Networking Corner Shipping Support if the item is still missing.
