Please note that Networking Corner is not a manufacturer, and as such, we do not produce or directly warrant any of the products we sell.

While we strive to provide accurate product information and ensure customer satisfaction, Networking Corner makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Any warranties related to the products we sell are provided solely by the original manufacturer, and any claims or warranty requests should be directed to them (The Manufacturers) as per their policies. Additionally, Networking Corner expressly disclaims any warranties arising from trade usage, course of dealing, or course of performance.

REFURBISHED PRODUCT WARRANTY

Networking Corner offers a 90 days replacement policy for all certified refurbished products. If your refurbished item is found to be defective:

  • A replacement or repair may be provided within 90 days from the purchase date.
  • If a replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be issued.
  • Refund eligibility is subject to the product being returned in its original condition with all included accessories.

MANUFACTURER WARRANTY

Specific products may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty of up to 1 year or longer, depending on the product category. Networking Corner does not provide direct warranty services for manufacturer-covered products. If your product is eligible for a manufacturer warranty:

  • You must contact the manufacturer directly for warranty claims, repairs, or replacements.
  • Manufacturer policies, including warranty periods and service terms, vary by brand.
  • Some items, such as sealed retail boxed products, may be ineligible for return once opened.

WARRANTY PERIOD

  • The warranty period begins from the date of delivery as shown on your invoice.
  • The length of warranty coverage varies by product category and manufacturer.
  • Items beyond their warranty period are not eligible for returns or replacements.

To request a warranty claim:

Networking Corner’s liability is strictly limited to repair, replacement, or refund, as outlined in our warranty policy.

USER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for the proper installation, maintenance, and usage of products.

Any damage due to misuse, mishandling, overuse, or unauthorized repairs will void the warranty.

Software or data loss due to viruses, incompatibility, or installation errors is not covered under warranty.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Networking Corner is not liable for:

  • Incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruptions.
  • Damage due to acts of nature, improper installation, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Any losses related to business disruptions, data loss, lost revenue, or downtime.

For large item shipments (e.g., monitors or TVs over 37 inches), an adult (18+ years old) must be available to sign upon delivery. Report any damage during transit within 2 business days to be eligible for a claim.

EXCLUSIONS

The following scenarios are not covered under warranty:

  • Missing accessories, manuals, or packaging.
  • Software-related issues requiring reinstallation or incompatibility problems.
  • Damage caused by improper installation, mishandling, or third-party repairs.
  • Virus or malware infections.
  • Usage of non-standard or incompatible hardware/software.
  • Shipping damages not reported within 2 business days of delivery.
